Hi everybody, I just wanted to go over the issues that some people have been messaging me about.

- Tensorflow / Command Prompt Crash at Launch is now fixed
- Libraries in use have been updated
- Setup/Installer file added (needs admin to run)

That's all. Everything should now be working. 
Please comment and tell me if it isn't working properly.
